Returns & Exchanges
At V&S Carpet and Flooring, we strive to provide high-quality flooring products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all accessories included.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items.
- Custom or special-order products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or installed flooring materials.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Adhesives, underlayment, and other installation materials.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Email orders@vsflooring.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
- Return Approval & Instructions
- Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label or instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Return
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- Inspection & Refund
- Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@vsflooring.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
